We at EZ Technology offer a 7-day return policy. Return of products is accepted only for the following reasons:
- Damaged product
- Dead on arrival
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect product
- Incomplete product
Order once placed cannot be cancelled. In order to return a product the following steps should be undertaken
- Always purchase the product as the registered user and in case if you are a guest user then access “My Account” and proceed to the below mentioned steps.
- Initiate a return request by clicking on “My Orders”, click on the item that you intend to return. Select the reason for return and upload and supporting photographs before hitting submit.
- Share information regarding pick up. A representative from the company will call you within 48 hours to confirm the date and time of pick up.
- As our executive arrives at your doorstep return the item.
- Depending on the mode of payment it usually takes 7 to 10 working days to credit the amount to your account.
